Do you think there will be a time in the long term future that the world will run out of natural resources? Things like oil, fresh water and ground nutrients in the soil that takes away all vegetation, which in turn kill off animals and finally humanity?

Sure - no atmosphere and the rest falls away. We can look like Mercury or Mars with a little bad luck.
But probably not from the global warming crowd point of view - the earth can be inhospitable for humans and some life could still march on... probably wasps and ants and such.

It depends on what you mean by "run out." If your question is will we ever run out of water, no. If your question is if Earth will have water forever, no. There’s some rate of mutation as people live their lives and reproduce. So even if humans don’t go extinct, by the time the oceans boil away, our descendants would be a different species anyway. So if you’re asking if us Homo sapiens will ever run out of water on Earth, the answer is no. Nutrients in the soil also won’t ever run out. Water doesn’t really get used up, it’s oxygen atoms and hydrogen atoms, you can destroy water by breaking the bonds, but you can also create water. Hydrogen is the most abundant element in the universe and oxygen is the third most abundant element in the universe. So water is common, Earth isn’t the only "planet" in the solar system with liquid water. Europa is a moon of Jupiter, but it has twice as much liquid water in its subsurface oceans as the Earth does in all of our oceans. So if we actually manage to colonize the solar system, it’s highly unlikely that we’ll ever run out of water even without Earth.

The other thing about hydrogen though is if we had the technology to fuse hydrogen the way the sun does and use that to produce electricity, with the amount of water we have in our oceans, the amount of hydrogen our planet has due to our oceans means we could have basically unlimited energy. And we have four giant planets made out of hydrogen. So in the future, at some point, we could probably do things we can’t even imagine right now if we had that technology. But instead due to our level of technological advancement we find ourselves in the absurd situation where our oceans contain enough energy to sustain our society forever without creating any pollution but instead we’re fighting and dying over oil wars. Which might say something about our level of intelligence or lack-thereof.

I don’t deny global warming but I believe it will lead to global cooling. New diseases, pockets of social breakdown, flooded coasts, and cessation of foreign aid will kill a couple billion people. Mass death = lower carbon footprint.

Look at the growth in population every decade. It is rising at an alarming rate. The earth can only support so many humans and someday it will run out of resources. I'm talking about say another 5,000 to 10,000 years. The only way I see this not happening is if the human race starts to die off faster than they reproduce. Possibly taking control of the Catholics and the blacks might slow it down some but I don't think it could reverse the process. You might have to start looking into taking healthcare away from people over 50 and let them die younger. Between that and neutering the Catholics and blacks you might get a reversal in population growth and the earth could flourish longer.

What is the benefit of certain people living longer? If you’re over 75, why expend massive resources for Alzheimer’s and incurable conditions? It’s not like they enjoy it.

What'll probably happen is a cooling on what's covered by medicare and the poors will take it in the shorts (in the US at least). The upper crust will pay for adult daycare to keep their elderly busy and happy.

I think 3D printed organs could probably extend human life expectancy. Adult humans have stem cells in their spinal fluid, and if you grow stem cells you can (not a biologist here) give them chemical signals and they can turn into any type of cell in the human body. Of course, human cells as people get older make mistakes as they divide. But with CRISPR we can modify DNA. So I think there’s a possibility of undoing genetic damage at a cellular level and growing fresh organs or repairing organs that are too vital to remove via surgery. For example, maybe injecting new neurons into the brains of aging people or something.

I don’t think it would let us live forever, but you might manage 200 years if you had a manhattan project to keep one dude alive. Which given how rich the rich are getting, maybe.

There is no need. You see people being fed copious amounts of valium and prozac just so they can mentally make another chemo treatment or dialysis appointment. They are wheeled thru like cattle, looking like death warmed over and why? Because their lives were over the day they started these treatments. There isn't a human there, just a drug induced shell making the healthcare richer and existing, not "living" longer than they should have. Doctors are great, in their elements. If you break a leg or cut off your arm they can fix that. But once they get you under a life altering treatment to keep you alive when they know the disease is going to eventually win it is a waste of time, money and resources.
And let me add. While these doomed people are living longer than they should, the Catholics and blacks are squirting out babies faster that you can count. It is going to upset the earth's balance in the future and should be stopped.
