How come the Chinese don’t come into western countries and steal everything from white people? If they’re so smart, why wouldn’t they steal from white people? White people have such an abundance of stuff. Clearly this must be evidence of the existence of a hierarchy of cultures and black culture must just be the most naturally dominant culture. Duh.

The Chinese do. They spy, steal IP, commit massive industrial espionage, infiltrate the national security infrastructure, devalue their currency and dump items to inhibit Western competition.
