It really is the answer to a lot of things. Almost like a gateway. Wanna meet women or have access to better supply of friends- go to gym.

Wanna avoid health problems so that you don’t have to medications for preventable illnesses? Gym.

It’s hard to do which means it’s worth something because not everyone’s doing it.

The only issue is it's a massive time investment and requires financial resources. You can workout less but it means you'll see slower results as well generally. It's still something everyone should do but I totally understand why it's not something everyone does

I built up a great gym just ahead of Covid. Now divorced, I got a membership for fitness classes and to work out with friends. And to meet women. Yoga is healthy and regenerating and lets you gauge whom to speak with.

It can be hard to find a gym, even in the city. There's none I can bike too, I have to drive 4 miles to get to the nearest gym and they are always packed which makes the whole experience a mess. Why would I spend $100/month to wait in line to check-in, and there's no equiptment?

There should be a gym in every neighborhood.

Depending how you work out, space available to you, and budget, can pull together a home gym for a few hundred dollars if you’re content with free weights, exercise bands, jump rope, etc.

See? Even the very mention of this topic brings us together for discussion. I must go to gym.
