1. Rwanda is an actually competent government in Africa and they are evidence that Africa can get rid of corruption and develop like the west.

2. Rwanda’s president is a sociopath and he sent the military into the DRC to behead people and said he didn’t know if the military was in the DRC to a CNN reporters face even though he’s the president.

You will never hear anything except these two opinions.
