I honestly, can’t care that deeply about terrorism. Like yeah it’s bad and it’s wrong and people who do it are sick in the head and the whole nine yards. But the entire point of terrorism is in the name, the point is to scare people so they stop thinking rationally and do what you want them to do. That’s why I never listen to people who say "oh well these scary people are going to hurt you because they think crazy things." Look at this chart and really think about it for a second.

Thousands of people die every day in this country. I honestly never feel particularly invested in criminal cases, I care more about what politicians say about it and feel more anxiety over when powerful people are opportunistic and try to push some agenda given some cherry picked court case.
