If Israel is really fighting a war, why haven’t they won yet? Israel has the support of the United States, has bribed every American politician, there’s no reason why a country with nuclear weapons should take this long to conquer such a tiny strip of land. The only reason why Hamas even did what they did is because Israel funded Hamas and the IDF let Hamas cross the border even though they had intelligence of an attack because they wanted an excuse to genocide the Palestinians.

Also as if having the other option as a neighbor would be much better, I’d rather the US government was loyal to our country first instead of some tiny bullshit place on the opposite side of the world nobody cares about. Like, honestly, in college, you know which group of people was the most anti Israel on campus? I saw all these anti Israel fliers going up when the war started and then one day I realized it was the Jewish student organization doing it.

Tbh I’m Christian but I eat turkey bacon. I always thought it was odd people in my family had this thing against pork, until one day when I was a kid I smelled a live pig, I swear it stank 30 or 40 feet away.

Apparently that’s why Muslims don’t eat pork. It’s not even sacred in their religion, it’s just a sanitary thing. They don’t eat pigs because it’s considered like us eating a spider or something.

Muslims don't eat pork because the Koran forbids it. Just as the Bible forbids it.
Orthodox Jews do not eat shell fish for the same reason.

The pork thing also dates to looking down on the Bronze Age urban poor, who mostly ate pigs they raised in squalor. It’s snootery codified in religion, though it’s possible they encountered trichinosis and made the easy correlation to avoid pork.
