Topic: How do people look at gun content on the internet and not get bored

Mr. Bloody Lemonade !0JqexkOGBc started this discussion 1 hour ago #137,386

It’s like, every gun is a tube with a piece of metal inside it and some explosives behind the piece of metal, and the gases created by the explosion force the piece of metal out the other end of the tube because they have nowhere else to go. That’s what a gun is, that’s how guns work. That’s the end of the story. How do you spend multiple years of your life interested in it? "Does this bullet go through a watermelon? Does this bullet go through concrete? What if I use a little gun or a big gun?"

Imagine this with anything else. Imagine if you were a hammer enthusiast. "Oh that’s a little nail, a little nail can’t go through wood that thick, you need a big nail! I love Japanese hammers they’re so much better than Russian hammers."

Cars are also kinda the same way because it’s like, yeah engines can be complicated and stuff, or you can just use electromagnetism and then it’s like all that engineering is actually totally unnecessary.
