People don’t like that the Supreme Court is undemocratic, but congress decides how many people are in the Supreme Court and the president decides who goes into those positions. What if we have congress decide the number of Supreme Court seats is 340 million and the president nominates all American citizens? Democratic Supreme Court, constitution not violated.
