I have to explain this…
So Tai Chi, Tai Chi is weird. Because it’s an exercise that you do, kinda like yoga, you do it in a class and everything. But, Tai Chi is a form of king fu, except it won’t teach you how to fight. So it’s like more manly, except it’s still kinda like yoga.

Although the stances from the waist down in tai chi are kinda similar to karate. So it’s not completely useless it’s just, you know you should probably learn how to throw a punch or otherwise it’s kinda… whatever.
Like I had the option between yoga or tai chi and it’s just something about my masculinity was like, "do tai chi"
That’s probably messed up. Or maybe that just means I’m insecure. Like it sounds sexist but I swear I’m not.

Tai Chi is awesome. It’s good for anyone and can enhance other martial arts practice with the breathing and mobility emphasis.
