I don’t think a generalized anarchy would take hold. You’d have cops and military and gangs running areas. It’s funny how in the movies the police and military generally just disappear. As if police would “hold the line” in a SHTF situation. More like in World War Z where the cop ignores a shooting to stock up on supplies.
