He was always fucked once people rallied around him. The whole system is going to try and make an example out of him so the rest will pipe down and get back to work. If you can get away with killing a big dog a CEO then you can start killing senators, generals, etc and people die all the time but when you're killing for a cause like spaghetti boy here, it's a problem because it gives people hope.

This is one of the many things I’ve always hated about comic books. “Heroes” are the ultimate tools of the establishment, fighting common criminals or some stupid work up of a supervillain. A real superhero would be throwing crypto bros off buildings, offing corrupt politicians, and killing white collar criminals who do far greater damage to the economy, and human lives, than some measly liquor store stick up artist.

I wonder how the comic world and broader media would react to some Punisher type who goes rogue starting in 2008 and kills hundreds of financial scammers and fraud-committing CEOs.
