I found a video on YouTube where a Japanese guy is giving his thoughts on World War Two. I just got to the part where he called Roosevelt a racist, I have not watched the rest of it and I have no idea if I think he makes sense or if he’s saying something dumb, but I have decided to post it on minichan anyway.

Now he’s blaming the Soviet Union for scheming to trick Japan into attacking the US to prevent Japan from attacking the Soviet Union. It looks like this might be tending towards wacky territory. Idk about this…
And he’s claiming that the Soviet Union wanted Japan to attack the United States so that the Soviet Union wouldn’t have to fight a war on two fronts in the east and in the west because that could have led to the collapse of the Soviet Union. Although the US did fight a war on two fronts and did win, so idk. Although the US had more people and had oceans. I haven’t fully decided if this man is saying some bullshit or not yet. But mostly I’m just interested since I’ve never heard a Japanese person talk about this.

Now he’s claiming that communism is a wonderful idea but that it doesn’t work and you have to kill people therefore it’s worse than Nazism or Fascism. So now I have decided he is in fact talking bullshit.

I’ve noticed this more than once on the internet where Japanese guys will say something in a very reasonable manner and tone and then you think about what they said for two seconds and then realize they actually said something completely insane.

In all fairness, despite the dumb thing he said about Nazism being worse than communism, the comment section appears to not really contain a whole lot of racism compared to stuff I’ve seen in English language comment sections that weren’t even about World War Two. I don’t see any mention of IQ or Jews or any dog whistles like that. So maybe he’s not a Nazi necessarily, just a guy who says things that aren’t well thought out.

You know, my takeaway, with this whole World War Two thing, is alls well that ends well. Maybe people have complicated feelings about Nazis and Communists, but the world we have today is pretty awesome. I’m pretty happy with how it all turned out. Not much to complain about really. *cough* given that my country won and has been the greatest economic and military power

Okay now I’m at 20 minutes in and he’s calling Roosevelt a racist again saying he didn’t want non-whites to create a power in Asia and he wanted to attack Japan anyway. I don’t know where this is going… because Japan was allied with Hitler and did commit atrocities against other Asians, although that doesn’t mean that Americans weren’t racist, everybody knows that Americans were racist. That’s not the thing. I have paused it but I can tell that he’s about to say something insane.

Tbh, the more I think about it, Japan kinda makes sense in how it doesn’t make sense. They’re not white people but they allied with the most racist guy ever, killed a bunch of Asians, and fight against the US and communists at the same time when the US was allied with communists and then immediately after the US told them communism is bad, and now the Japanese are just confused. They don’t know how to process it, they don’t get it. Other Asians are mad, they just wanna be left alone on their island. That makes sense. We don’t need to listen to this ever again, I think I get the idea here.

Oh now he’s saying communists also were in the Japanese government. So the entire world is secretly controlled by Russia according to this guy, and Russia’s running everything. This is a way more insane take than I was expecting.

He said that the Soviet Union’s invasion of Japanese Manchuria was the real reason why Japan surrendered not the atomic bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki. Which that opinion isn’t crazy.

Either way, I mean, just because 6 million sounds like a big number doesn’t make it impossible. I remember I did some assignment where I researched how many native Americans died as a result of Europeans and there are estimates upwards of 60 million, and that’s mostly from smallpox. So it’s not that unreasonable that hundreds of years later an industrial military power could have rounded up 6 million people and had them all killed.
You don't hear that number because the people who took power after WW2 were Nazis themselves.

The Ashkenazi merchants, or 'nazis for short, were an international group of the capital class that instigated ww2 and 60 million died from their actions. They cut that to a tenth for western eduslop curriculum.

Of course, while most of the deaths of Native Americans were due to disease, only about 90%, but today they’re closer to 1% of the population. So it was two events, first there was the disease, then there were several smaller incidents of intentional genocidal massacres which reduced it down to current levels.

Like roaches, I’m not confused about why roaches are still here. That makes complete sense. Humans constantly plotting and scheming and inventing new ways to kill humans and we’re still here, that’s odd. That one I don’t understand.

And then it’s also bizarre, technology has increased so rapidly, and we have no evidence that aliens exist at all. That doesn’t mean they don’t exist but as far as we know they’ve never influenced earth in any way or have never visited us. Which must mean intelligent civilizations are incredibly rare and far apart from each other. It would be crazy if we were really the only ones.

Especially if, the universe is 13.8 billion years old, earth is 4.5 billion years old, we only developed industry 200 years ago. We’ve never left the solar system. How does a species like us even exist if it’s not that hard to imagining a planet that formed 5.5 billion years ago instead, and had an Industrial Revolution a billion years ago. It doesn’t make sense that we exist.
