Fuck, I know what you mean, public transport is full of weirdos. One time there was a fat guy who was yelling about our bus racing with another bus or something. Another time a fat old lady with a moustache asked me if I was "okay" and then kept saying goodbye to me when I got off the bus. Luckily I haven't seen them on my bus route since though.

There's this man child on my bus in the mornings. He gets off and back on at every stop and switches seats and talks to people. He has never talked to me. He looks normal. I thought he was just friends with the conductor for the longest time and he just got up to talk to them at every stop.
