You should go to Chicago, it’s not that bad. One of the best universities in the United States is actually located on the south side of Chicago. If you go walking around the University of Chicago, it feels like almost everybody there is black.

The black people that live in those cities more than likely are in low-income public housing. Very few live in well off areas. That’s why the ghetto is a real phenomenon that most educated blacks dont want to address or admit. In those places you got the shittest, dirtiest, useless piece of life living those places.
The poorer and broker they are, the louder and more belligerent they become. Unfortunately thats where the stereotypes come from. It’s the same deal as with Hispanics and whites. Whenever they live in that type of environment they get ghettofied and often they pick up those habits from poor blacks.

So to answer your question thats obviously being ducked and dodged: In terms of education the gap seems to be narrowed compared to other races. However when it comes to employment and the justice system. It’s still “blacks make up very little of a given population yet have the highest detainment rates and they’re more likely to be unemployed and homeless than whites, Asian and Hispanic.”
Or an easier to the point version: they’re a scourge of the earth. Like a pack of hyenas laughing and giggling while causing chaos and destruction. They self destruct and return to soil in the form of murals with signatures, bottles of E&J and candles.
