So I get a order right? In the warehouse? 120 boxes of heavy ass stuff. Like, 10 pallets or something. So I'm thinking huh, did the forklift guy already prepare that for me? Yes he did, I thought, there's a lot of those items in the wares reception area. Later, a guy shows up:
"Why did you steal my pallets? 😔"
Apparently this guy, a very old fellow, had spent yesterday preparing those pallets. Instead of creating one at the time, he had decided to spend yesterday preparing all those pallets so that he could spend the next day in front of the wrapping machine. Now I'm already pissed off, like wtf man, you're surprised I took wares onto my pallet, in a warehouse??? It was my first easy order, no chaotically mismatched wares that weigh a ton and eat up your efficiency metrics, and this guy ruined it, he killed the vibe, he wouldn't stop crying about it, even though honestly, his pallets were like a 1 hour job.

Yes, it's very fuck. And why do all these boxes smell like shit? What's the deal with that? But instead, I took his scanner and put it on a pallet going to the middle east. And that was coincidentally my last day there as stated in the contract. But if a guy ever leaves pallets with the same wares in a unmarked location and gets all touchy about me putting it on my pallet? I'mma send his balls to the middle east 😤

Apologize, tell him you'll make up for it by buying him a drink. Get him real drunk, take his phone, and dump him a few towns over.
By the time he gets his bearings and heads back, he's already fired for no-call-no-show. Now you've got overtime opportunity and that nigga learned a hard lesson about putting dibs on the easy work.
