I disagree. As I've said before, it is perfectly reasonable to expect late-teens nowadays to live to 3 digits. Computing is developing at a speed greatly outpacing that. You don't need to. If you can't think of anything to say, there's stuff online.
It also isn't your responsibility to coddle them about losing someone who was so sick they needed that kind of care. That's something you come to terms with before it happens. That's how I felt about my grandfather.
I feel very disconnected with death. A guy I knew in high school died when I was in my early 20s, and I was friendly with him but I felt nothing at his passing. Nothing.
The first girl I had a crush on in high school died and I felt very detached from it. I remember the priest coming in and talking about how if she could come back, she wouldn't want to because she was so happy where she was.
That's when I realized religion was fucked. It felt so empty and false, and I felt like he should shut up.

If i had to guess - suicide by asphyxiation or drowning (just going out into the ocean seems so beautiful to me. I know it sounds very terrifying, but i love the ocean. I have thought about it a lot. it would just need to be warm). If not that, definitly a stroke or heart attack. The way I eat will likely kill me within a year or two.
