If fewer people are buying, because there's fewer people, then the price declines I think, so there's no growth. Therefore we should send portfolio relief funds for millions in developing countries, we get the money back, and the portfolio donated... Is locked for withdrawals the next 10-20 years. Does that make sense? It's like indentured investors except they don't actually have to do anything except accept the free money.
