Somehow they’ll always forget about black people. It’s a funny thing about America, people are rabidly anti black online then in foreign policy we always miss Africa. Like when Trump bombed Nigeria then realized he couldn’t actually fight a war in Nigeria because the United States only has one permanent military bases in the African continent on the opposite side of the continent and we handed our airbase in Niger when Russian backed mercenaries supported a coup to replace the government with a military junta, and then he got caught up in Iran and forgot about it.

It's really easy to understand if you change it to any situation you don't have strong feelings about already.
Imagine you walk into your favorite fried chicken shop, and someone inside is nonstop complaining about the quality of the food, the prices, the attitude of the employees, and every other little thing.
One person in there says "just leave and don't come back then!"
Is your instinct to reprimand that person for opposing free speech? Or would you agree with them, that they should find another restaurant if that's how they feel?
It's really easy to understand if you change it to any situation you don't have strong feelings about already.

I don’t know man. In my own life dissatisfaction is what’s driven me to be more successful. There’s a difference between whining and between acknowledging the reality of the situation. The reality of the situation is that our conditions here in the United States aren’t perfect. I have problems, you have problems. Your problems don’t go away by pretending they don’t exist. I love this country and I want it to be better than what it is now and the only way that will happen is if we point out our faults because that’s the first step to problem solving. You can’t fix a problem if you don’t acknowledge that it exists.

Also tbh I don’t actually like chicken that much it’s kinda dry. Whenever I order food I usually get Chinese, Thai, Korean, etc.

If someone acknowledges that life in the USA is actually much better than any place in Africa, but still has work to do, they aren't going to get people reaponding with "go somewhere else then".
There are a lot of people that are convinced they are oppressed and poor here, and those people constantly talk up other countries.

I also feel like it’s kind of sad, but I’ve noticed a lot of Americans in general, maybe it’s not an American thing but I know Americans because I’m American, whatever. I think people have this thing in them when they’re young that dies when they get old. People get comfortable. I don’t want to get comfortable.

But not everyone in the US is living a good life and not everyone in Africa is living a bad life. Most problems with Africa can be traced back to the fact that Africa is poor and the reason why Africa is poor can be traced back to colonial exploitation by European powers and the trans Atlantic slave trade which the United States participated in. I don’t judge Africans or think they’re worse than I am, they just have inferior material conditions on average (not all of them some Africans are billionaires). But that’s by virtue of an accident of birth so it’s like, my only feeling is I want them to have more than what they do. But I think there are some reasons to be optimistic about the future of Africa.

Money also isn’t the point of life. It’s kind of dark but one example is suicide rates. White Americans are wealthier on average than black Americans but black Americans are less likely to kill themselves than white Americans. So while being wealthier can make your life easier, I don’t think the core of human happiness is something that was invented to exchange goods and services. I think it’s deeper than that. Community matters, friendships matter, etc.

And that’s not a flaw of just the United States and it doesn’t have anything to do with individual efforts it’s just a feature of how capitalism works. If you look at wealth distribution in virtually any country it doesn’t matter if it’s developed or underdeveloped or its diverse or ethnically homogenous or whatever, it generally always follows a power law with some individuals vastly more wealthy than the majority.
