@1,450,015 (B)”.
It’s much easier to claim “I’m a neurodivergent who suffers from depression, bipolar disorder along with social anxiety, ADHD and im on the spectrum. My three cats are my babies.” Since society atm caters and coddles those people. If you call bullshit then you’re called an asshole and a shitty person.
But the reality is a lot of them are for sure faking it. Most of them are jobless losers that spend their lives living with parents, play video games, watch anime, write shitty fanfics, draw shitty fanart with delusions of wanting to be a game designer because in truth they don’t want to grow up, get a real job and real goals.
Whenever they get told that truth they always make excuses or “shut down”.

I think it’s a bad take. Autism does exist, and the whole thing about being bratty and crying is problematic because a lot of autistic people are high functioning and aren’t brats who cry all the time, then it also has sexist connotations when he talks about girls. Women aren’t brats who cry all the time.

I also think it’s a bad take from the perspective of it misunderstands what autistic people actually struggle with. For a lot of autistic people they seem completely normal, they’re not bratty or overly emotional or anything, but they have problems with recognizing facial expressions so they can be socially inappropriate without having bad intentions. That’s a real thing that could affect somebody’s life but it doesn’t make them a brat or something.

Had a feeling you’d show up.
Anyways sure it’s a bad take to you but it’s not far from the truth. Never implied that autism that doesn’t exist nor do I misunderstand the condition. However I understand it enough to discern the difference between someone who’s actually in the spectrum and someone who’s faking it for attention. Whether you choose to believe it or not is not my concern nor is this a formal invitation for a debate. Ive witnessed this myself on several occasions there’s literally nothing you can write to convince me otherwise.
