I guess my only thought about the whole gender politics thing at the moment is this: if life started from a single celled organism that reproduced asexually, how did male and female evolve in multicellular organisms? I’m sure there’s an answer, but it’s just a weird thing to think about.

Then there’s the chromosome thing, which you’d think would be straightforward.
