Topic: Do you ever just make eye contact with a stranger

Anonymous A started this discussion 3 weeks ago #136,523

Just pick one and make an unusual amount of eye contact?

I started this and they react quick.

Very sane and normal thing to do.

Fun fact: this doesn’t work on Germans. If you stop staring at them, they give you a weird look like they feel sorry for you.

It’s like they think if you don’t want to stare at people and be stared at you must be insecure about how you look or something. They’re nice people and everything though.

IF she is Hot...I might go boner on her and want her eyes, at eye level.

That's because they hate blacks!

No they don’t. Different cultures have different levels of eye contact. Germany is pretty diverse and I didn’t have any issues with anybody. If anything it was more comfortable than other places I went in Europe or even in the United States.

Just look into it online, I’m not the only person who’s noticed this. It’s just their culture, they stare at everybody and it’s just considered normal.

And I’m not saying racism against blacks in Germany doesn’t exist. I’m just saying, if you’re black in Germany, the probability you’re going to have problems with somebody is pretty low.

Even with the whole AfD thing, you have to understand that Germany is a true multi-party democracy. It’s possible for the AfD to have the highest support and it’s also possible that 70% of Germans don’t like the AfD at the same time.

It’s also less of a threat than people make it out to be because if they actually won an election they wouldn’t be able to form a coalition and therefore wouldn’t be able to effectively govern the country.

Also if you’re black they don’t even assume you’re a foreigner. Most of the time when people came up to me and started saying something the first language they tried was German even if they could also speak English.
