I really enjoyed how the "good" choice in that quest results in the ghouls killing everyone in the tower. It wasn't just a bland good or evil moral choice, you can have good intentions and try to make humans accept the ghouls, but Roy is still a violent murderous psycho anyway.

I always outright ignored the quest because of that lack of a good choice, but it does seem Bethesda was hinting at things if you go by rewards. The ghoul mask is crazy useful. And if you kill Moriarty? Gob takes over
