What's supposed to be the appeal here? She's just tall.
She looks OK, but the video acts like she's a supermodel.

It's a pretty common format, one thing I've noticed is that they never show a clear view of the woman. It's either that she's walking, or it's a side profile while she has her head down and hair in the way.
So I think that for the video, she's got something painted on her face. A clown 🤡 makeup or something.
And the video will suggest that people are staring at her because of her beauty but it's actually that she's doing something weird.
