I was doing 69 with the girl on top, when her girlanus began to expand. Instead of a turd, a small elf-gnome (pronounced as one word) popped his head out! He began juggling little poopballs while rocking back and forth to the rhythm and singing:I am Farty, the Poopyhole Gnome
