This application will notify you when someone posts in a watched topic, or has cited you by means of a status bar message. Clicking said message will open the browser and navigate to the message.The status bar message will automagically disappear if you view the citation/watchlist on your computer.
You can find the app http://minichan.org/android/minichanNotifier.apk (Go there on your device). To install it you need to enable install from unknown sources in your devices' settings (See image).
It's not listed on the Android Market seeing as they want a $25 signup fee, so this is easier. Updates will be posted in this thread.
Feedback and comments welcome, though I will delete off-topic replies.

As an fyi, I reflashed my phone today and restored the app from a backup and it ceased to function.
A reinstall of the app solves this problem but a re-link button is coming soon.
Also taking care of duplicate notification when you're cited in a watched thread.
