I really like Craig mullins' tutorial but it's only reflection and I dunno where is refraction, can I get something similar or backwards engineered from it

Maybe also animation, limb spacing, in realistic physical simulated, but pen on paper

Also upside down drawing from the original image or just correctly memorizing it
