Blood transfusion recipients, half of all U.S. hemophiliacs, women inadvertently married to bisexual men - somehow tossed in with bath house and glory hole denizens who literally fucked themselves to death. Not to mention who brought AIDS to the U.S. from Caribbean sex tourism and ensured it blew up in NYC and SF before going nationwide and global.

At this point in our history, AIDS is either a regressive tax on idiots or it’s a weapon some really evil people spread around. There are cases of the latter, and the malefactors should be shot.
