At least with laptops, I’d rather get a MacBook Pro than a MacBook Air because I like longer battery life. I’d imagine it’s the same with phones.

Tbh, idk if I think iPhones are particularly special, but MacBooks are great ever since they switched to M series chips. Way better than any windows PC I’ve ever owned. Also the terminal is better.

Macs are faster than windows PCs though because they’re SoCs with the memory and GPU cores fully integrated on one chip and they use arm instead of x64.

Except the Intel Macs, until they switched, windows was definitely superior on the hardware front, the 2019 i9 MacBook Pro… we don’t need to talk about that.

MacOS isn’t Linux, but it’s Unix based, so all the terminal commands are either exactly the same or incredibly similar to Linux.
