Yes, always willing to get some feedback on the dream...to see what may help put a stop to it...even a professional I went to about didn't know an answer.
Here's the dream:
I am living my life. Sometimes it is as it is in reality...sometimes I am in another country or in California. I get a notice from the government that I have to go back to high school in order for everything that I have accomplish (meaning college degrees and high school diploma) to be valid so that I can continue with whatever job I have in the dream....or to have *any* job for that matter.
This is mandatory, and I don't have a choice. I always fight it, but lose...and I am generally really angry in the dream, saying how stupid this all is.
They (the government) is making everyone go back to their high school with their same graduating class in order to take some new classes...but you also have to take everything over again anyway.
I'm always fighting with the teachers (some new, some that I actually had in high school) and my class-mates...both physical and verbal fights, about the whole situation.
I argue with them about that I shouldn't have to re-do all the work again, and this is nothing more than a control issue...as a big factor in the dream are the switching of classes by bells, and making it to the class on time...which I rarely do, nor do I care that I don't make it on time...which gets me in trouble, which leads to more fights.
My peers are also picking on me and making fun of me a lot (how it really was when I was in school)...and I beat the shit out of them.
/end dream.
Little details of the dream are different each time, but the plot is the same. The past 3 years, I started to know that it's a dream in the dream...and I am always saying stuff like, "I don't need to do this because it's a dream"....or another example is...waking up really early to catch the bus to go to school around 5 AM (which I had to do irl when I was in school too)...and I'm exhausted in the dream...I'll go back to sleep, but my mom will try and get me up over and over...I tell her I'm done "going there", because it's only a dream.
A time skip then to me in the car with my mom as she is driving me to school...late, which I get in trouble for at school, which equals another fight.

I'm pretty much a walking cliche when it comes to school bullying. It was all throughout my school years, from 4th grade on.
In high school it was the worst, I guess. It was just the typical stuff though: Being called names, getting tripped all the time, having derogatory things written on my locker, having food thrown at me, people threatening to hit me if I sat at "their" lunch table, etc.

Jesus. Sorry to hear. I couldn't imagine that being something easy to deal with or even get over for that matter. I never witnessed, partook, or recieved any serious bullying so it's interesting hearing first hand accounts I guess. What state in the US did this happen in?

And I'm out of college now...I've been to, and graduated from, two different ones. I'm old, I'm 25.
College was better as in people left me alone, but I still didn't enjoy it because everyone was just "so fucking stupid"...and all they wanted to do was party, get drunk, and have sex...and no one liked me *BAW*, to the point where the RA's had a hard time finding a roommate for me...so I went through TONS rotfl...eventually they gave up and I got to room alone *awesome*...but still had to deal with the loud noises from the parties and crap, plus the more than occasional vomit in the hallway.

Anyway, what a bummer. You couldn't even find a few people who shared similar interests to you? Maybe the fact that you couldn't find a roommate to stick with was partly your fault? I can imagine it being tough, but maybe you should have tried to open up to your peers more--no matter how stupid they may have seemed on the outside. Those are just my thoughts, but they're pointless seeing as you're out of there by now (yay).

Yeah, I'm pretty sure it mostly was my fault. I had(have) not tolerance for idiocy. I would yell at my roommates for being drunken shits and fucking up the room (plus my things), I would degrade their actions.
Other times, it was all them...once they found out I was a lesbian, they wanted out as fast as possible...while belittling me in the process. Sometimes they would just look at me and go right to the RA and request another roommate, because I dress...different.

I often have dreams where I have to return to high school (sometimes grade school) to finish. I am always in class with people I went to school with, but it's always because O have to finish, not anyone else. I always feel
so embarrassed because I'm older than everyone else (even though I'm with my old classmates, I'm embarrases they see me there. Dreams are stupid) I often realize I'm dreaming, then it becomes like a Godzilla movie, only instead of crushing buildings, I'm fondling women and destroying school property.
I have these dreams often. I never know my class schedule or what room I need to be in and I tend to get angry because, like you, I know I should be done. It's probably typical to have.
These dreams don't cause me any real distress outside the dream. I also have plenty of other dreams too though. I'd imagine I'd go insane if that's all I dreamt.
I wasn't bullied in school though, so dunno what the link is. That sounds pretty goddamn horrible. I never understood why teachers don't put a stop to that shit. In my school they often took sides with the bullies.

Oh sorry, I know I've said this before on here...so some people are sick of hearing it, but since you asked:...yes, I am an "ex-lesbian"...I've always had an interest in dating girls since I was born, always did date women, and Gil is the first male I'm with...I gave up on women because I got tired of their games and being treated badly by them.
Yeah, people have told me, "You have just been dating the wrong type of women," but I attained a lot of my bitterness towards females through not just the girls I dated, but through every experience I have had with women in general...if that be [ex] friends, friends of friends, [ex]roommates, even just observing the way the female species acts in public in general.
I actually now consider myself pansexual, which is different than bi-sexual...Bi-sexual means you are attracted to the male and female gender/body...people who identity as pansexual choose to do so because it means more that they love a person for who they are, not what sex they are...and they don't judge looks or physical appearance to base a relationship around.
I always felt this way since I was born, but I had more personal reasons for limiting myself to only women because I couldn't mentally handle a relationship with a man (so I had to call myself a lesbian at the time compared to pan) due to past sexual abuse *blahblahblah* I know, cry me a fuckin' river. Every woman has a rape story.
