literally nobody needed this law as deadnaming is less serious than calling someone a fag and wrongful dismissal or punishment from a job or school is probably sueworthy.

i guess thats just the theme of this decade tho, making unnecessary laws to enforce laws already on the books.

In California your employer has the right to use the pronouns not assigned at birth, even if you identify as cis.
