This is easy. I want to be in the early Pax Romana, before the Antonine Plague breaks out. I'll live under Hadrian and Antoninus Pius as that's a largely peaceful era, so mostly in 117 to 161.
I'd be an Equestrian. Independently wealthly and affluent, but none of that Senatorial stuff to worry about. I'd have a business growing or some other lucrative consumables that Romans will always buy, and would spend my days reading all of the cool shit that would be lost in the present, and doing stuff like going to the Colosseum and watching shows.
Apart from things like the lack of modern medicine and technology it would actually be a pretty good life, even by modern standards.
