I have never seen this movie or know much about it, other than the fact that it is about Obi-Wan Kenobi doing heroin in toilet stalls.
I'm assuming it's like, code talk for drug users. They'll say to their families like "Ah yeah, I'm just going out to do some trainspotting with the boys" when really they're going off to do drugs.

Another movie came out around the same time that also had critics complaining about bad morals. That one had kids laying in the street with cars driving by close to them. And since Trainspotting sounded like part of some daredevil thing, I got them mixed up in my mind. When Trainspotting came out on video I wanted to see what it was about with those daredevils and instead just saw a bunch of degenerate junkies.
