Topic: Every time I get a speeding ticket I reduce my local charitable contributions.

I’m usually within 7-10 mph of some bullshit speed limit that is artificially low and can’t be met in the context of fast traffic. It’s just meant to raise money.
We’re told this money goes to essential functions but it’s frittered away by local authorities or funds the agency that runs ticketing. That is, it’s extortion to pay the otherwise unemployable losers who collect the fines and fees. So it is a form of charitable contribution.
