On firefox and some random RSS addon I had for it, I generally used to use post starring for posts which I was keeping an eye on for updates, but since migrating to Chrome and Google Reader this doesn't really happen in the same way. The post changes to reflect the update (including the title) but it doesn't inform me that the post has changed.
Is there a way to make Google Reader have the starred item list give me an alert using the emboldening and the number of changed posts if a starred item is changed or updated?
