well then, let's do it.
logistically speaking, we could go with a few different ideas; we could gather everything we want/need from nature, we could bring certain things with us to kick-start our prosperity, we could "pirate" needed things from nearby cities...
or all of the above.
there's also the question of "where do we do this?".

we would need to set up a series of repeaters to carry a stolen internet signal from where we can get one to where we are, and also some form of electricity generation capability, but yes i imagine we would have the Internet.
