The one part of Christianity that makes sense to me is how Jesus suggests that the poor go to heaven and the rich go to hell. It just seems justified.

Sure, that's why God gives blessings to the rich because he doesn't like them 🙄

God doesn’t give blessings to the rich, their wealth comes from sin. In the beatitudes Jesus says that the meek shall inherit the earth.

Woe to those who call evil good and good evil, who put darkness for light and light for darkness, who put bitter for sweet and sweet for bitter.

This Jesus guy should have picked a trade that wasn't building birdhouses for the farmer's market. Butthurt!

God does not reward sin with blessings, woe unto you, you misguided soul.

Doesn’t the Bible say the last will be first and the first will be last? I don’t understand how you can read the Bible and think that the rich are the ones who go to heaven, it suggests the opposite over and over again.

God doesn’t reward us in this life, God rewards us in the next life. The purpose of this life is a test to determine if we should go to heaven or hell based on our character. Pride and gluttony are deadly sins. Someone who thinks they’re above others and hoards wealth is a sinner.

You are using the wrong translation.

Try reading a more accurate translation and then it will be made clear to you.

Anyway, since I can’t load that website, I looked it up on Wikipedia, the people that made that website have some pretty funny ideas.

"Conservapedia views Albert Einstein's theory of relativity as promoting moral relativism"

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Conservapedia

Ngl, that’s actually pretty funny. Conflating relativistic spacetime with relativistic morality. It seems like the kinda thing I’d consume for fun without believing in any of it just because it’s so wacky it’s entertaining. Like Bob Lazar or the time cube guy or something.

I do wonder about this though, are the conservapedia people really on the prosperity gospel stuff? Because I know some wacky American Protestants that attend megachurches run by scam artists think that you have to give money to your pastor to get into heaven and the fact somebody is rich is a sign God loves them more and not a sign that he’s a pastor that scammed you into giving him your money for no reason. But, I also know that right wing conspiracy types tend to think the world is run by wealthy satanic Jewish pedophiles. And to be fair, it mostly is, the only problem I have with that is most of them aren’t Jewish and I’m not antisemitic. But you do have to admit the world, and especially our corner of it does in fact appear to be run by satanic pedophile billionaires and politicians. After the while Epstein thing, man I’m not a conspiracy theorist, I think the Earth is round, I believe in evolution, all that good stuff. I just noticed that rich people tend to get away with sex crimes against children while poor black people get arrested for jaywalking, now I’m not saying jaywalking isn’t bad, I’m just saying it’s a bit funny how half the arrests in this country are police arresting black people who most of the time end up being found innocent because they weren’t actually committing a crime, meanwhile apparently it’s okay for Elon Musk to turn Twitter into a mecha hitler child porn generating bot and we can just forgive him for that.

Anyway, the love of money is the root of all evil.
