I know all my shoes are sise 10 but are they right or left? An "R" or "L" in the tongue would be far more helpful than the 50/50 I go through everytime.

What do you mean? The curvy part is on the left on the L and it's on the right on the R.

I test that I have the correct shoes on the correct feet by doing the Hokey Pokey. You can’t turn yourself around or certify that’s what it’s all about if the shoes are on incorrectly.
