And they would make any retirement plans super charged to high growth investments so they could retire early and live comfortably.
I literally cannot think anymore. I can’t take hrt. I don’t think it’s fair that we are forced to work while suffering through such a miserable situation. I am so bitter that the system expects women to carry on as normal through all the physical changes we go through from teenagers to adults.
This isn’t a health issue that only affects people who don’t care about their health. It affects the vast majority of women in different degrees and it’s completely out of our control.

Honestly, I think Americans are overworked in general. Even the concept of "sick days" is stupid if you think about it, as if you can decide how many days you’re sick. People need more vacation days, maternity leave, paternity leave, I’ve never heard of menopause leave, but honestly, if it’s to the point where it’s debilitating, that makes sense. Just medical leave in general.

I can't believe Americans are being ass raped in days of leave. The US is a very commercialised country. This lowers holidays. You need to increase annual leave days. My country gets 32 days, 12 public holidays (Xmas etc) and 4 weeks annual leave.
Young people should seriously consider leaving for another country.

And you know, not all white people are trash. Most white people are good people, I have nothing against white people. I love white people, white people are awesome. We have to acknowledge that most white people are not trash, but some people are white trash. Some people are trash, and some people who are trash are white. So they’re white trash. It’s just an accurate description of a certain type of person.

Accrual is an art. Most American companies will pay you a week of unemployment for ever year you worked. Say you’re laid off and worked there 5 years. If you get a job in two weeks the former employer won’t pay the rest.
