It would be a settlement fund to pay those who claim they were victims of government probes. For sedition, vandalism, shitting on Pelosi’s desk, and for assaulting officers.

Tiananmen Square was bad, don’t get me wrong.
I’m just saying, most countries in the world, you try that shit, you die. How were these people climbing up on the US capitol looking like monkeys, I’m black, I remember when I saw those white people climbing up on the US Capitol, my first thought was, "These motherfuckers look like monkeys." How do those people have the audacity - you know what? I’m not even gonna rant about this. I feel like I’m watching the collapse of my civilization. I actually really like America, it’s just, why are we fucking ourselves so hard?

Like oh my god the entitlement. Imagine trying that in Saudi Arabia? Okay. Imagine trying that in South Korea? Forget authoritarian countries for a second. South Korea… imagine smashing the windows of the National Assembly building in South Korea. What do you think the government there is going to do to you for that action?

And flying the confederate flag while doing it. That’s literally like if you smashed the windows of the National Assembly building in South Korea, bust in there, flying the North Korean flag. Like, I get it was more than 150 years ago, but still, it’s kind of the same thing if you think about it, it was a breakaway traitor state that went to war against us because they didn’t want people to have human rights. And then having the audacity to say other people aren’t American, it’s like… you literally support treason against the United States!

Hell it’s probably worse than flying the North Korean flag, at least Kim Jong Un was chill with Dennis Rodman. You think Robert E. Lee would ever have a token black friend because he has a childhood love of basketball? Fuck no!

Then you have the hoard of white working class uneducated (Trump’s core support base) lemmings who think all this crap is good because they don’t have brains! "Hehe Elon Musk will be a trillionaire this will piss off the libs." It’s like they’re completely detached from reality and they think that none of this will ever affect them, which is soooooooooooo stupiiiiiiiiiiid because it wiiiiiiiiiiiiiil affect them. Way more than any of the billionaires they suck up to.

I used to see videos of South Korean riot cops in action. Do not test! In the early 1980s they’d have guys ride motorcycles into crowds then jump off and begin kicking the shit out of people.
Ultimately in the end it’s just a psychological war of attrition. The side that still tries to hold onto that america is for everyone you know freedom, liberty, ideal, democracy treating every man, woman and child fairly regardless of background. Then theres the side that are anti globalization, anti-immigration, extreme nationalism. The side that base their entire identity on tradition and everything should be non-secular, non-progressive.
America is failing because there’s not enough people or sentiment to create/search for a third way. We have in the internet yet we’re ill informed because not enough of us are doing our due diligence to discern and dissect information to form a third way or something else beyond.

Two sides are to impose their will and ideologies in hopes that it will completely extinguish the opposition. So what we’re seeing the right’s version or “answer” to culture of the last decade. Before it was DEI, safe space, idpol and cancel culture. Now it’s the antithesis of it all.

Both are trying to bring back their favorite version of America but both are failing because we already had those versions. Those eras came and went but nobody wants to accept that. We’ve moved on from the anti-black/anti immigrant narrative and the whole reduce heteronormativity and push counter culture progressivism of the past 30+ years. Most of us exhausted from both sides but we have no clear vision for another beyond those two extremes. So this is the result. Just the US making an attempt at beating a dead horse back to life.

To me it doesn’t seem equal though. One side is against everyone who isn’t white (so basically most of the planet), the other isn’t. So it’s a no-brainer. There are legit some dictators in certain parts of the world I like more than Donald Trump.

It’s not even just Asia. Asians are stereotyped as being anal retentive about following rules. It’s also Africa. In African countries you couldn’t get away with this. The Democratic Republic of the Congo actually sentenced American citizens to death over a coup attempt. (The United States ended up making some deal where they’d get their death sentences commuted to life in prison but they have to remain in prison in the United States until they die). Which is crazy that the US government will punish people for attempting to overthrow an African country harder than they’ll punish you for attempting to overthrow the US government then have the audacity to fear monger about blacks and crime.

And the DRC is an authoritarian country. Their parliament building looks suspiciously similar to China’s because it was literally built by China. It’s not even like a strong American ally or anything.
