I took an anthropology class and as part of that class I had to identify different bones so in class they’d have real human bones and skulls and stuff and honestly a skeleton doesn’t even really feel like a dead body.

I found a closet of unscattered cremains in a dead relative’s closet. Some were unlabeled. I have no idea who they were but it is fascinating that a life is reduced to 6-8 pounds of ground bone ash and enamel.
