People cluster into groups. Most people wouldn’t become psychotic rapist cannibals overnight. The factions rarely include the remnants of police and military who probably would impose some kind of feudal society.

Us black people would dominate in a post-apocalyptic. We're more genetically diverse and are more hardened by the racism we have to put up with. There is absolutely no way that the apocalypse happens and American doesn't become black ruled. It just isn't possible!

It probably depends on the apocalypse. Blacks are heavily concentrated in cities so a nuclear war wouldn’t bode well for anyone.
I believe some of the racial distrust would evaporate with common goals and the collapse of a divisive media, whether right wing shills or Woke racist fucktards.

I’m not the other guy, but Africa would actually be a good place to be in a nuclear war. The reason why they’re called third world countries (originally) is because in the Cold War, first world meant the US and its allies, second world meant the Soviet Union and their allies, and third world countries were non-aligned. Since African countries mostly weren’t allied with the US or Russia, they called them third world, but over time the usage changed and people incorrectly thought it meant poor, so now people just use the term that way. But because of that, African countries don’t have nuclear weapons because African countries aren’t existential enemies with the US, Russia, or China who have the majority of the world’s nuclear weapons. In an all-out nuclear war, Africa probably wouldn’t get nuked.

That and I think there’s a cultural component too. In other parts of the world interstate conflicts are more common. For example, Russia vs Ukraine or Israel vs Iran or potentially China vs Taiwan. Africa is perceived as being less safe due to media coverage of things like terrorism and civil wars, etc. But African counties don’t invade other African countries very often, most of the rivalries are internal conflicts. So for example, during apartheid, South Africa developed nuclear weapons because the white ruled South African apartheid state was in a bizarre situation where internally the whites were oppressing the blacks, but externally they recognized that Africa is a continent filled with black people, so the white led government was afraid another black majority country might try to invade South Africa to liberate the black majority, so they wanted nuclear weapons as a deterrent. But after apartheid ended, the new black led government never pursued nuclear weapons because there was no reason to because their government isn’t threatened by anybody else in Africa.

And it’s not because Africans are more peaceful than everybody else or something it’s just that their borders have almost nothing to do with how they ethnically identify because of Europeans.
