It was worse, I spent my 20's working with no health insurance, no vacation, and no retirement plan. America only works for the top 30% or so.

I put in my time and now average 21+ days of PTO a year... It was a slog to get there (I'm still broke though).

We’re cucks indentured to our employers through healthcare. That’s standard accrual. Many places won’t pay you out for time off anymore if you get rif’d. Or they set it ahead of unemployment. Say you worked there 10 years, they pay you those 10 weeks before you get unemployment. If you get a new job in two weeks, they don’t pay you for the other eight.

When there are national holidays everyone rushes to the roads and airports like good little pets.
