I started lifting last week lads. Just some basic movements, pullups, dumbbell curls, shoulder raises, squats... It really makes my day, even if it's not too hard or too long, but that hour gets me proper energised. I wish I'd started sooner.

Resuming or first time? Don’t go crazy on weight. Mix in some HIIT for mobility and burn.

Very first time, I already do some easy running for cardio.

Good for you. You’ll see all kinds of strength gains. The only reason I said to keep it smart is because of the years of watching gym bros and CrossFit types destroying themselves with excessive weight and bad form.
