My opinion of the British has really declined since I was a kid. When I was a kid I learned that we were enemies with the British because the white slave owning colonizers thought the British were tyrannical, which is really saying something, but that in World War Two we were on the same side, we fought the Nazis, defeated Hitler, and everything’s good now. Then I grew up, started encountering things written by British people online. I know there’s a thing about Asians being racist, or the Japanese being racist. Honestly the British seem worse, the only other group that is as bad as the British seems to be white South Africans. Based on all the videos and comments and posts I’ve read from British people on the internet, they seem pretty terrible.

The weird part is it seems like the British think their culture is special somehow. Like they’re afraid of other groups of people committing crime or whatever, especially people from India or the Middle East or whatever. I honestly never thought that highly of British culture. I never thought badly of it either, I just thought they’re like Americans but different. I never thought they were like some super special high trust society where they all get along and there’s no crime and British people are all safe to be around. I’ve literally never thought that. And I just find it weird how they seem to be so self obsessed. It seems kinda gross.

Like I was just thinking about it, I’ve lived in republican areas, the stuff I see British people saying on the internet all the time is so much worse than what right wing white Americans say, it’s a different level. It’s more dehumanizing somehow.

Even the whole thing about "oh Asians hate black people." Maybe some of them, idk, but there are a lot of them in the US and most of the time I don’t really have problems with them, so idk. I’m not saying they’re not racist but I have suspicions that the British might be worse. At the very least, they don’t seem to have a culture of politeness.
