It could shut at any time. There are cameras everywhere. Everyone with a cell phone is trackable. AI makes it easy to cross-correlate data, movements, license plates, PI, and most of us live on a grid in their daily lives. All one needs to do is to manufacture a public safety crisis or move the goalposts for how crime is defined.

GPS tracking and data latency in apps are an issue. You’d need a Farraday bag.

Look at the January 6 morons - some of those idiots did use airplane mode and still were found in the geofencing investigation. Most of them were logged in and streaming or on their apps.

Disable location access to to untrustworthy apps, use a local OSM app for navigation.

Remove Play Services.
