The idea is out there, I guess, that life itself has value... but society doesn't act like this is the case.
The world only seems interested in creating "productive members of society", but what if just existing is enough for some people? Why are people who have no interest in furthering human industrial culture considered worthless?
We still have ideas. We still have feelings. We still want to exist.
But society says we must starve to death and die crying because we are worth nothing.

Its a threat to the elite. That sounds like crazy talk, but that is the exact reason.
If you start talking about that and others start listening, then they won't have anyone to live a meaningless paycheck to paycheck struggle to survive. If they don't have those little money making machines out there for them, then they can't make tons of that paper that we attribute value to.

Simply existing doesn't make people more money than others, it merely sustain what's there. As long as there is ambition, there is motion and competition. It's a part of life.
