This is somewhat associated with the infinite dimensions genre.

Groundhog Day wasn’t a good one, but Edge of Tomorrow and a few others were. Reliving the same day, if it’s not an alien war, wouldn’t necessarily be hell. You can do whatever you want because the day resets. There are no consequences.

There’s a mediocre one set at a wedding. So your every day is a big party and you can bang a different bridesmaid every night. You could make every day unique.

Multiple dimensions are different in that it could be hard not to treat every “world” as a sandbox playground.

Summer time rendering wasn't so bad. In regards to film I enjoyed Looper.

Sucks that it was Rian Johnson's last decent film before he directed the TLJ and the knives out movies which are nothing more than meme mines.

I had to look up Summer Time Rendering. I believe I’ve seen this plot plagiarized multiple times in several films and shows, though they tweak the event from a funeral.

There is the theory of the Möbius — a twist in the fabric of space where time becomes a loop from which there is no escape.

I liked in that movie mobius where mobius said "it's mobin' time" and turned into a twist in the fabric of space where time becomes a loop from which there is no escape.
