I want to watch the opposite of an isekai anime. It would be about an exhausted Japanese salaryman, who is being slowly overworked into an early grave, while his wife is cold and indifferent and his only solace is in company drinking parties where he sings depressing karaoke.

Not... exactly what you asked for, but if you look past the plot-of-the-day format and pay attention more to the overall plot advancing in the background, Cowboy Bebop and Outlaw Star is... close-ish. Angel Links and Big O may also qualify, or at least hit in the sameish ballbark.
Ur probably not going to see many of these types of anime tho, cuz the japs have recently gained a bigger taste for wish fulfillment and escapism and shy away from series that hit a bit too close to home.

Haha, yeah, I was just joking. Isekai is basically purely wish-fulfillment. From what I know, the protagonist is basically always some Japanese guy whose life is either painfully mundane or actively depressing, but then he gets teleported to some fantastical world where he has special powers, and is in some way important and popular.
I like the idea of a complete opposite to that, an anime that is aggressively anti-wish-fulfillment for a Japanese person, where instead of escaping that life the protagonist is trapped in it.
It wouldn't actually be entertaining to watch, but it's funny to me

Hahaha, this is actually a bit funnier than my idea. Like a reverse isekai. Yeah, have some important and happy guy from a fantasy world teleported to modern Japan, into the body of a depressed salaryman. Then he can give and outsider's perspective on why it's terrible.
There's one about some guys uncle who got hit by a truck and became the big hero in the other world, but then he woke up from the coma and he's a middle age weirdo who has no friends

I think they have a lot of those. If im not mistaken. Wasnt there one called “monster” about some doctor guy who failed to kill a serial killer or something like that?

I don't think Monster is exactly anti-wish-fulfillment. It is very bleak, yes, but it's also about a Japanese guy trying to outwit and stay one step ahead of a dangerous serial killer. Call it what you will, but it isn't boring or mundane.
