Black people and white people have almost exactly the same DNA. Humans have 3 billion base pairs and only about 3 million base pairs vary, which is 0.1%. We’re all 99.9% genetically identical to each other.

You also can’t really compare DNA to operating systems. DNA has 4 nucleotide bases, binary only has two states 1 and 0. If human DNA has 3 billion base pairs, that means can store 3 * 4^(10^9) possible states. Ubuntu Desktop is roughly 4GB, which would mean there are 4 * 2^(10^9). Human DNA is a lot more complex than an operating system.

I’m not convinced you’re 3x smarter than a cucumber to tell you the truth.
You can measure how long it takes someone to learn a new skill. You can also measure how many mistakes they make.
For example, if you show that DNA is MORE complex, and think that it means there's LESS of a difference then you are showing — by an injective metric — that your cognitive abilities are impaired

If you looked at what’s happening on a cellular level inside the cells of a cucumber and inside the cells of a human, you would notice a lot of similar organelles. Not all the same obviously, but we are technically related to cucumbers.

Also the comment about differences in intelligence between blacks and whites being a 3x difference doesn’t make sense. Humans have brains that are 3x larger than chimpanzees. It wouldn’t make sense to say that whites are 3x smarter than blacks, when blacks and whites have brains that are the same size. Human brain size is very strongly correlated to height. When certain human populations have differences in brain size it always correlates directly with how tall they are. I think it’s more likely that all humans, black people and white people, are only about 3x smarter than a chimpanzee.

Achondroplasia (dwarfism) is different by a *single* nucleotide.
Imagine thinking that a dwarf is 99.999% the same because that negligible genotypically. Yet in reality we know that it is a serious lifelong disability that will make life very hard.
Very small changes have very big impacts. And the difference between whites and blacks is far greater than one nucleotide. It should not be hard to understand that the difference, then, can be far greater than between a dwarf and non-dwarf of the same race.
