Should I get a girlfriend? I’ve never really felt bothered to try and get one but sometimes I wonder if I’m weird for that. I’ve thought about it, but sometimes when I’m just sitting somewhere on campus, I overhear groups of girls having conversations in public overhearing and I think the problem is I think too much. Like, when I hear a group of girls talking about all their business just openly I feel like, maybe I don’t need that in my life. Idk.

I feel like white guys and white girls are odd in their own way. White guys will stand outside without their shirts on. I’ve never seen an Asian guy do that, or a black guy do that. It’s just them. And then white girls are very social, very open, that’s nice, I like that for them, good for them. But then it’s like, you overhear their conversations and it’s like woah… you people share a lot, like too much.

That’s the other thing that’s weird, girls talk about their boyfriends. Guy never talk about their girlfriends. I have no idea if some of my friends even have girlfriends.

Like I’m not saying there aren’t black or Asian frat bros, I’m just saying, when I walk over by the frat houses, I just see white guys standing outside without their shirts off playing ping pong with a sofa in the front yard. It’s just what they do. Everybody has their thing. I’m not hating, it’s just interesting is all. It doesn’t hurt anybody.

And you know, there’s nothing wrong with standing in the front yard shirtless with a sofa on the lawn playing ping pong with like 5 other guys. That doesn’t hurt anybody. I don’t have a problem with it. Nothing wrong with a man being shirtless. When I go to the beach, when I go to the pool, I don’t have my shirt on, that normal. I’ve just never had the desire to bring a sofa onto the front lawn and stand around without my shirt on playing ping pong.

I almost feel like the girls who are probably the most likely to talk to me are the ones I probably shouldn’t talk to because they’re the extroverts who overshare. But then the paradox is how do I find the introverts who don’t overshare that I can actually trust? 🤔
